Thank you for being so quick to get my electricity back on after it went out from the storm. I called and literally 10 mins later my power was back on! Amazing customer service.

Two times out in 3 days! Tough on all our dairy equipment! Had to stop milking and hook up generator. We don't know what is going on, but if it is the contractors that you hired, maybe you need to look for new ones! Make that 2 times in 1 day! Hooking up generator for 2nd time today to finish milking. No weather issues. Trouble started when lines were run to compression plant on FM 1295. ??? 7/8/20 - Eighth time in the last couple of months! OMG! Unbelievable and unacceptable. Maybe you all need to check if there is sabotage within the ranks. Uprising or lawsuit in the making.
