We had a great experience. My mother-in-law was there for over 2 weeks. The care coordinator Theresa communicated her progress and was always available when we called. The physical therapist communicated very clearly and precisely and we were able to understand how they were making decisions for her care. Our experience with every staff member was positive. Anytime we wanted to FaceTime with her they went out of their way to make it possible. Her nurse offered excellent instructions upon her release and everyone was very kind to her and us. When I picked her up after her stay I was shocked at how beautiful her skin and teeth looked. She was clearly very well cared for and we learned a lot about how to care for her at home. Sadly Alzheimer’s is a progressive disease as are so many other diseases that require skilled nursing care during recovery. It’s really unfair to blame the people caring for them. I’m sure that the other reviewers who saw decline are grieving but may need to talk with the doctor of their loved one to get better information before blaming the staff here. They were great for us.

I would give ZERO starts if I could! This facility's treatment of seniors is criminal! My poor mother's health declined severely after just 3 weeks of ehab\ and she died within 72 hours of discharge! RUN from this place and at the very least, demand to have at least one family member check on your loved one! Criminal!!!!

My family member cam out of here worse then on the way in. One day I called my family member to find out they left here on the toilet for an hour, if it was not for the therapy person coming in, who knows how long my family member would have been stuck sitting there. Befor my family member went in, they were able to use a walker with help, now my family memeber has to be wheeled around every place! My family member went there to better their self not get worse. Thanks A Lot Lexington!!!!! Don't send your loved ones there.

Very unprofessional receptionist. Stopped in on 9-12 at noon. Very rude, i could hear her inappropriate language. Had to repeat myself because she wasn't listening.. Rude comments towards me when she didn't think I could hear her. She has no business interacting with the public. No customer service experience.

This review is long over due. We were extremely pleased with Lexington and staff. Candy, Gretchen and I can't remember the other gentlemen's name, however, they took such good care of my brother. They even had nicknames for my brother. Any issues or concerns that we had, were addressed. Our family took shifts to spend time with our brother who suffered a TBI from a car accident. The therapy staff was amazing. My brother could NOT walk. He walked again, thanks to Lexington. The entire staff including the administration would cheer him on as they watched him progress. The activities that they had for the patients were cute. It engaged them and occupied their time. No one likes being in these types of facilities, however, Lexington became part of our family. We are so grateful that my brother learned how to talk and walk again. I am in the process of trying to make arrangements for my dear friend to come to Lexington as he has ALS. I want him to be comfortable. I know he will be at Lexington. So grateful to Candy and the administration staff for helping us get into Lexington.
