I had been in the market for a new Jeep for quite a while. I had finally narrowed down my choice to the Willy's package in a the new Chief color. I had some very specific requests with my vehicle including what type of engine and packages I wanted. I had found exactly what I was looking for at another dealership and the price was right. Both Matt and John worked very hard to take care of my needs setting up a dealer trade and matching their price. Well, to no fault of the Oviedo dealership, the other dealership sold the vehicle out from under them. Not worries, Matt and John search high an low for another vehicle that met my requirements, plus some. They were able to make the dealership trade happen and still honored the original discount promised to me on the first vehicle. Not only that, because of the additional equipment on the second vehicle, they had Derek work really hard to find me the best interest rate available. I appreciate everyone at the Oviedo dealership being so patient and working so hard to get me everything I wanted in my new vehicle. Everyone on there was so friendly and helpful. Matt, John, and Derek made the whole process very easy. Even Michael, another salesman, was so knowledgeable and answered any questions when Matt wasn't around. The entire Oviedo team made purchasing my new vehicle a very pleasant experience. If you are wanting a team dedicated to making your next vehicle purchases perfect, then Oviedo is the dealership for you.

This is the 4th vehicle I've bought from Oviedo within 3 years. The dealership is 100 miles away from me, but the drive i well worth it. I visited plenty of dealerships around town, but Oviedo was the only one who made the car buying experience a positive one. If they don't have what you want on the lot, they will find it for you. The customer service here is outstanding. John and Curry are the best. They are easy to work with and very communicative. I would 100% recommend giving them a chance for your next car. If you live far and don't want to make the drive, just call them...even on the phone they treat you with respect and answer all your questions. By the time you hang up, you'll want to go drive to them. Their service department is also great. They are very quick and helpful. Vince in the service department makes the post purchase experience a positive one and makes sure all of your concerns are taken care of.
