I haven’t even been here a whole month and all already I have found mice in the apartment. This is truly a nightmare.When I asked the leasing agent about this she told me she was unaware of this issue. I was finally able to speak with a neighbor and this is an on going problem here. When you initially move in you are told you get a 10 dollar loaded laundry card this is also untrue. Yes the rent is affordable here but only if you want to live with unnecessary pest. They are so worried about you bringing an animal in to pay a 300 animal but yet they don’t inform you about the “ pets” that come with the apt.

I stayed 2 yrs and very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. I lived alone and always felt safe. I never had to get anything fixed and the laundry room was always clean and machines worked. Staff is very nice and helpful. I was able to park motorcycle and car in my space. Neighbors were nice and respectful. Great being next to bike trail and pool. Close bike ride to Brookfield Zoo and downtown. I would stay there again.
I moved into Forest Glen about a month ago. I found the staff to be very helpful with my move, given I am new to the area. I like my unit lots of space in the living room, I wasn't sure my furniture would fit but everything fits nicely. Maintenance responds very quickly when I need them. Over all like it here very much.
I moved here following the passing of my father. I've been here 18 months. January 30, 2018 my heat went out. It was freezing. The maintenanceguy came. He did stuff and never explained what was going on, the issue, if it would need further repairs, and never knocked or rang door bell (just used key and walked right in). I've asked numerous times about great being fixed and get the run around that parts had to be ordered, they came and in the process of fixing, AND ITS ALMOST AUGUST AND STILL NOT FIXED! Last 2 months I had medical issues that prevented me from working full time. Now they refuse to work with me and are trying to get me out by the means of harassment. My car had been towed out of my spot. No notice given. This place sucks and so does management.
