Great service. Scheduled a time to come out. Confirmed. Came out on time. Did a great job and left. Internet works like it should and the best part is when I called them, I was directed to a native English speaking technician. Not some overseas call center. The installer who came to the house was professional and did a job that exceeded my expectations.

It’s down almost as much as it is up and working. The worst cable service ever. Internet is slow. Call in till you most have other service for your local ch. and my t v. is on cable only. There no help from your local office in La Grange. JUST POOR SERVICE.
