I got a custom laptop early last year, and it's still running wonderfully (bar anything i myself have done ) ; today i called and asked about getting the thermal repasting done, and was given a quote and a time estimate quickly and efficiently. Everything from the initial purchase to communication has been absolutely stellar, and i would more than recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom computer.

They are kind and nice when you buy something. I spent 3200 on two laptops. One of two needed to be fixed so I sent it to them. After 3 weeks, I got my laptop back with a receipt but they didn’t repair it at all. I had waited 3 weeks and my work was stopped. The photo is when I got the 'fixed laptop'. I sent it back to them and explained my situation. The guy who didn’t check my laptop before sent answered for my email with a few words like ‘I am sorry’. That was all. HA! Now I’m waiting for my laptop back again. It took 84 days to get a repaired laptop. 84 days! I couldn’t take my semester well and I couldn’t work. If you want to buy something here, remember that you probably have to wait about 3 months like 1/4 year to get a single service. After I get the laptop It has 9 bad pixels. The kind manager said (he was kind obviously) that they can't give a free fixing service if I have less than 5? 10 bad pixels. Well, my laptop had traveled 84 days (perhaps at least 60 days in the factory to get fixed) and got additional bad pixels. I thought they should fix it even if I got only one. Anyway, I'm afraid to wait AGAIN for 84 days.

Bought a MSI GE 66 raider them in the beginning of November, the machine got a overheat issue within 2 weeks, returned the product and they replaced with ALIENWARE m15 R3, I use it until today , so far so good Jimmy, Gabriel and Ted helped me, all good people to work with , keep up the decent job

Terrible experience with these guys. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a laptop from them about a month ago and I wanted my order to be customized. Just to give you guys a brief summary with my experience with this guys is that I never got my laptop and I ended up cancelling my order. When you order something it takes a very very long time until you get it, especially when you have it customize, their customer service is not that great, and they give you a bunch of excuses with your order if you ask them a question. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM. If you want to buy electronics you’re better off getting it from Best Buy or other companies. They will just waste your time and act like they want to help you, but once they get your money they really won’t care about you.

Highly, highly, highly recommend. Was able to fully customize my area 51. My rep was Donald extremely knowledgeable and would ask for him direct. Only place I'll ever go for a laptop in the future.
