My first time at this location since I just moved from Cypress. Really really awful massage. The therapist asked what I wanted and I said medium pressure with focus on traps, neck, and arms. I was really tight and just wanted my muscles to loosen. She said cool, then just rubbed her hands lightly up and down my back and arms. There was no massage at all. It was simply a young girl lightly caressing my back and it was weird. She asked twice if the pressure was ok and I said that I needed more pressure and maybe focus on on spot a bit. Nope. Just back and forth for an hr of light rubbing. Weird.
This was both mine and my fiance first time as a couples massage. We were both very excited. Only to be let down by the experience. Over the phone I requested a deep tissue massage. I had to ask the man multiple times to plase do it harder. It was NOT a massage it was a awkward rub. It was terrible. An when I told the receptionist about my experience she didnt seem to care. So I called to speak to the manager I was told by the receptionist she was busy I left my number and its been two weeks and I never heard back. A waist of money. Never again !.
My facial was overall good but my therapist only pointed out negative things about my skin so I couldn't really relax and enjoy it, I was just laying there stressed out about what she said. I felt like crying. Nothing positive or upbeat was said to me, Kinda a depressing night out and I was hoping to feel radiant and pampered
La Habra massage envy is great. There are many great masseuses and I've been going there for many years. Their staff is quite loyal and you will have a good massage depending on your needs. They have add-on services and facials too. It can be hard to get an appointment here so plan ahead.
