We purchased over 1000.00 worth of plants and shrubs, at the checkout the store calculated the amount of \Mike's\ fertilizer that we need for the plants we purchased. We then paid an extra delivery fee to have everything delivered in a covered trailer to protect our purchase. They delivered the next morning with everything in the back of a pickup. I was driving a truck at the time of purchase, we decided on the extra 40 delivery to help protect our plants. The fertilizer we purchased was suppose to give or plants a 5 year warranty. 3 months later a 42 shrub dies and we take a picture and our receipt to get a replacement and are told we didn't purchase enough fertilizer for the amount of plants we bought. The store calculated the amount of fertilizer the day we bought the plants. So we paid 40 for deliver we didn't get, then spent 36 on fertilizer that was suppose to warranty our purchase, we were then charged 82 to get the exact same plant that we bought for 42 three months before. The only reason we bought the replacement from them was it was a match to the other side of our porch and we couldn't find one anywhere else. That will be our last purchase from this store, they don't care about their customers, only about the money. They won't get any more of mine.

We always get fast and very friendly service everytime we go. We get great Christmas trees there. We recently went there to get some rock and even though they were in the middle of a huge remodel our service was 5 stars.!!
