Vanessa created an amazing dive experience for me! She is someone I trust with my life. Her focus on safety sets her apart. She is extremely knowledgeable and can help you spot the coolest animals in the water! She is so experienced, I feel like she could almost guide us around the water with her eyes closed! She has wonderful stories to share and is someone everyone wants to get to know! I highly recommend diving with Mermaid Scuba Tours!

I rarely write reviews unless a person or company is beyond extraordinary. I have not been diving in YEARS, and Vanessa had me feeling comfortable and confident quickly. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, patient, kind, and has a great attitude. What a wonderful experience!! I went on 2 dives with Vanessa, and she customized the dives to my goals. She even provided homemade tasty scones after the dive was over.....a nice touch :-) If you're looking for a great dive experience in San Diego/La Jolla, you cannot go wrong with Vanessa. BTW, every regular that came out of the water seemed to know who she was, she's like the mayor of Scuba in La Jolla!!
I booked this dive tour over several emails and messages. Vanessa always returned messages and phone calls. It was a easy setup. Just give her your dates and rental info and she will take care of it! She is full service. I let Vanessa know of my bad back. So she say's how can I help? Can I carry something? will she did all she could to help. Had two wonderful dives. My daughter and I had a great time and would definitely book again.
