Excellent staff, very professional, I have had a procedure done last November 2019, and the results were phenomenal. On Dec 29, 2020, I returned for more of the same procedure to get a full crown of hair, I am sure that the results will be the same as my previous one. I like Dr. Brandon Ross and his nurse Judy, I strongly recommend their clinic if you are considering hair transplant, you will be amazed, 6 months after the procedure. After care support is world class, Dr. Ross gives you his personal mobile number if you need counsel and advice, plus issue prescription for Finesteride as well. All in all, this is one of the best medical experience I had, twice at that, and I will be coming back for a third procedure. Dr. Ross and his staff were fantastic! He was very thorough with explaining the process and gave very appropriate expectations. The procedure was one that I would 100% do again and my result was beyond what I had hoped for - I’m very impressed! I really appreciated his candidness. He told me that my specific situation did not really need his ARTAS Robot. He said, “I’ll be happy to take your money for it, but honestly, your case doesn’t need the robot. This is what I do, I’m confident that I can give you the exact same great result without it.” What MD is that honest with you these days?! I have sent 3 friends Dr. Ross’ info in the last year. From the exceptional customer service at first contact, all the way through the long day of the FUE procedure which was superb! Dr. Ross and Judy treat you like family not just another dollar sign. Dr. Ross and Judy are artists of their craft and extremely detailed when it comes to hair restoration. They were very detailed about the procedure and went above and beyond answering my 21 questions.
