I have spent a lot of money at Power Plant and had a couple weird things happen, but this last bad experience is enough for me to never go back. A couple days ago I was here and my total came to 65 and I had 45 cash, so I sat the 45 on the table along with my stamp card and told the girl I had to get 20 out of the ATM which is like 5 ft from where I was standing. I got the 20 and sat it on the table and the chick told me I never gave her any money. I asked her to go check the cameras so we could get to the bottom of it. She told me she couldn't check and then went to the back to call the owner, then came back and started counting the register and was shaking her hands and was clearly nervous. She said the drawer added up and that I owed her 45. I left my name and number with them so they could call me when the owner showed up later that night, I also wrote down the exact time to check the cameras and what I was wearing. I told them I really needed the owner to call me because I went through something similar a couple months ago and never got a call from him. This last experience was Saturday night and it's Thursday now. They are so shady here and that is horrible service!!! I have been coming here 2-4 times a month for about a year and this is how they treated me. I will NEVER go back to this place and I will tell everyone I know. The chick stole my money and her boss enabled her, that's BS. Can't believe they still have their doors open.

They have great flowers at store, but didn't get a first time patient gift. Which wasn't a deal breaker. Came in next day on Saturday. Patient Appreciation weekend got text of Taffy, edibles, wax free spin. Opened bag when got home and wasn't like that. Starting to get annoyed
They have the best flower and are super friendly. The gurilla glue #4 is out of this world and their text specials rock! Two thumbs up!
