I would have never found this place if it wasn't for a Russian friend to invite me. Food was so damn good. The potato salad is awesome and I loved the chicken Kiev. I'm actually craving it again. Large portions, very friendly staff. Definitely check it out. If you're in La Mesa you could drive by it 100x and not see it, but if you're in the area give it a try!

I love this place. Being of Ukrainian descent this place makes me happy every time I go. The food is great! The varenyky is the closest to how my grandma used to make it, which is huge for me! Borscht was amazing and probably the best I've had. Staff is welcoming.
Reasonably priced for great quality and a cute atmosphere!
Ukrainian food and the feeling here is excellent. Really nothing but great experiences here, so I will be back.
