Achiote is our most popular seasoning paste and is red in color. It gets its beautiful hue from its main ingredient, the Annatto Seed. It can be used to flavor pork dishes, carne asada, and even rice. Its uniqueness is that in addition to adding such fantastic flavor to food, it adds a beautiful color presentation to any dish. Bistek is our other seasoning paste flavor. It is green in color and is made from the combination of allspice, black pepper, garlic, oregano and other spices.
