I went in to get a blazer dry cleaned using same day service (which they advertise..it's even on their door) because an unexpected job interview cropped up for the next day. They turned me away and then walked away without another word. Very unprofessional.

Do not go here for an alterations! They ruined my 400 bridesmaid dress and can’t speak any English. They understand when I said I wanted a refund and were very rude and unprofessional.
IM ONLY GIVING A ONE START BECAUSE I CAN'T POST MY REVIEW WITHOUT IT!!!!!He was very rude after messing up my wedding dress I wanted a whole month to go but and pick my dress up just for it to be worse then it was before I left it. He wanted to charge me 103.00 after he discounted the services because I was the first customer my mother told me that was too expensive for him to just be bringing it out a inch on each side he dropped the price to 70.00 yes I paid it the day I picked up my dress with my bridesmaids and tried it on the left side was to big the right side was to tight the chest part was still loose which was my concern when I brought it in so he said they will take it out a inch on each side and the dress will drop and everything will fit flush. When I reminded hi m of what he told us he got upset and was yelling at me and said I'll give you 30.00 back I said I'm not worried about the money what can you do to fix my dress he said nothing after trying and trying to see if me could do something to fix it he start to take the lace out telling me it's okay I said no it's not and I'm still looking at my dress so finally I'm just crying and took my dress off and gave it to my braidmaid she asked could he put it in a bag sure he did like it was TRASH no hanger just threw it in the bag and handed it back by that time I was coming out from putting my clothes on and seen it I was just crying upset that he would even be so nasty because of there mistake. My bridesmaids was upset at this point and took him this is not good customer service can we at least have a hanger. DO NOT EVER GO HERE AND GET YOUR SPECIAL DAY TAKING AWAY FROM YOU AND HAVE TO GO OUT AND FIND ANOTHER DRESS BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE COULDN'T FIX IT SO JUST TO ADD MORE STRESS ON ME AND I HAD LESS THEN 30 DAYS

They are finally back!! The previous owners closed the cleaners abruptly and I've been worried about them, but it has new owners now. The new owners seem nice and sweet, and their prices are far more reasonable than those of the previous management. The girl at the front desk (I think Jessica was her name) was really polite and hardworking (and cute too). Overall outstanding service. thank you! - dennis
