When I walked in today there was only one person in front of me whom was already being helped at the counter. I patiently waited for approximately 33 minutes. The lady behind me left and at that time I politely asked if I could get a rough estimate of how much longer it might be. The young lady very rudely said \when I'm done\. It's bad enough that I had to stand there for over a half hour, I don't need to be insulted on top of it. Needless to say, I left. For a place named Fast Track...no one in there was in a hurry to do a damn thing!
