My parents use to bring us here when we were kids, and now I've been bringing my kids kids. The ship is awsome, sadly this time we didn't get to go inside since they're doing some construction but still we enjoyed coming. Very educational

Hate that it is closed to be able to board ship. Also hate that the governor has decided to move it period it will be years before it's renovated and moved period but hopefully they will move it to Galveston

The Battleship is closed for renovation until further notice. Need some maintenance around the park aerea.

She's still upright. Like every other Texan, I want the Battleship Texas to be repaired. To a condition that it can dry docked permanent, and we can visit it up close again.

Nothing will ever change if the 'Texas' is repaired (again) just to be returned to sit in salt water (again) to slowly deteriorate away. When it is in a permanent dry dock the need for extensive maintenance will nowhere be what it is now nor what it has been in the past.
