Great experience! The attendant was incredibly helpful, and didn’t make me feel rushed. In fact, I felt very welcome in the store. The products were displayed nicely, good music. I bought some of what was recommended to me, and made a note for later to return for other items she suggested. The customer service makes me likely to return.

just wow. went in with wife after bad experience with Eros. amazing staff helped me out so much needless to say with out the cashier i would have made a bad lube decision and possibly hurt my partner. education and experience matter in this situation. will go back very soon
I've lived in La Porte for almost 20 years, have passed by this place for at least as long as that, and I never would have known what kind of store this was until I mistook it for a perfectly normal retail or something similar store, and brought my daughter here looking for some donations to buy for a charity. I'm highly embarrassed now, thanks to the storefront looking like just another retailer. this place needs to update their signage so no future father mistakenly takes his 17 year old daughter here!!!

I’ve been coming to this store for a good while now! I’ve seen some employees come and go but I would say the staff here now is amazing! The girls are welcoming and very easy to talk to. Super professional about their job and i love it! Who ever trained these girls did a great job! I was recently there and a young lady named Grace helped me pick out some items for me and my friend who is trans. Grace made us feel super comfortable and she was extremely supportive of my friends lifestyle! She had an extremely amazing personality and joked around with us and made us feel like family! My friend said that she would always come back here for all her needs! As will I!
