Our experience with the team at LaPorte Housing Specialists was great! Working with Bob, Missy, Judy, Ryan and Patrick was seamless. They were attentive to our home buying & building project every step of the way. The communication and follow-through was always consistent and on target. As a first time modular home buyer, they all worked together to make the process an enjoyable one. I highly recommend their services and enjoyed the relationship that was built from start to finish. Top notch people and top notch service! Our home is beautiful and we are extremely pleased!

I would highly recommend LaPorte Housing Specialist. Everyone that we dealt with there were amazing - Judy, Patrick, Missy & Bob are all top notch. We just recently had another house being built by a contractor and signed on with LaPorte 8 months later for a different house and that house was done before our original house - and we love it more. Also, every sub-contractor that Bob recommended were top notch as well. I wish all my experiences were as good as the one we had with LaPorte. You will not be disappointed if you contract with them.

We liked the fact that everything was in one package, we did not have to worry about anything from the well and septic to the house itself!! We had been looking at LaPorte Housing Specialists models for at least 3 years but were not ready to buy. When we decided it was time to buy and after seeing what homes were on the market, we decided to go with Laporte Housing Specialists. The home we fell in love with was the Custom Model #1 by Rochester. We weren’t sure that we could afford it but to our surprise it was very affordable. Everyone at Laporte Housing Specialists, Bob, Missy, Judy, Ryan, Patrick, and others are wonderful to work with. They never hesitate to answer all your questions. The process was very easy, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was amazing how everything came together and we were in our new home before we knew it. Everything was coordinated for us: clearing the lot, well, septic, electric, etc. The communication between the owners, staff in the office, people on worksite and the buyer is remarkable! We have never worked with a better group of people and feel like they are new friends. We would highly recommend LaPorte Housing Specialists to anyone who is considering buying a quality new home. We loved every minute of the process and never felt stressed. We love our new home!
We love LaPorte Housing! From the minute we walked in and met Judy and Patrick, we knew we wanted to work with them on our new home and no one disappointed us. Everyone made us feel like we were the only clients they had. Judy is a wealth of knowledge and Patrick is not far behind. Bob kept us updated every week with a schedule, Ryan was always willing to answer all our questions while they were building. Missy and Nikki were great! We would recommend them to anyone wanting to build. They make you feel like family.
