My rating is for difficulty in finding information on how to get city to start a mural program similar to surrounding cities. This would improve the look and feel of the community. Murals on bus stops, walls, utility boxes through the city would improve the quality of life for the community. But city people seem to be unavailable.

Every year we've had a tree lighting ceremony and Christmas parade and it's a little local low-key for our community and friends. It's beautiful every year, though I'm not sure how our events will take place now with Covid-19 being a factor. Usually the city will provide snow and the kids go bezerk and have snowball fights and it's a blast.
