This place is horrible. They've caused us a great amount of headaches and stress. They told us our order would be done after a few days which then turned into weeks then months. After repeatedly asking for our order they assured us it would be done but they're disconnect with they're staff is so bad they have no clue what's even going on. The print quality was horrendous multiple discrepancies in our design which caused us to take a huge loss. Please do your research before making any type of business with them. Looking at the other bad reviews it's 100% true and you do not want to take the chance. They're far better business who will do a better job.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE if you have a specific date your garments need to be done by do not come here! They have the worse communication skills ever! Our garments that they said will be done by kept turning into days to weeks to a WHOLE month. After we've mentioned to them (several times) how important this order is they still did not care! We've always given them the benefit of the doubt especially how close they were to us. We've used them on several other occasions and we noticed the completion time always exceeded the time they have quoted us. When the garments were finally done IT WAS A JOKE. The proof that was shown to us was nothing like the final product, Lines that were not supposed to be there, burnt marks from being on the heat press to long and inconsistency of colors in every garment. They caused us a huge headache and hopefully this will help others from one as well!

Worst customer service ever! I left inventory and was not given an invoice upon leaving. When emailing to question the cost and ETA, they rudely responded and told to be patient because they had other customers. Still 3 days later have not received an invoice and/or proof of mockups to review so they can start my order from inventory.I returned and picked up my my product and canceled my order, which was still sitting in the same spot from when I dropped it off .Customer service should be top priority considering the bad reviews they have.

The worse place ever save your time and money and go somewhere else! They are never done on time the printing job is horrible and they do not double check there work. Your garments will have mistakes on them or burnt areas from heat press!
