Saw a sign for this store on some steps and wanted to check it out. Actually, my boyfriend saw hacky-sacks listed for sale on the sign (they're only 6) and he wanted to check those out! Lots of handmade stuff and great items - we don't really buy souvenirs because we travel so often, but this is def a good spot to go if you want a thoughtful gift (lots of items from Central America). The owner was happy to tell us about many gift ideas and their origins. Owner also went out of his way to suggest some things to do around town. Unfortunately, we were leaving in a few hours, but on our next trip up we'll stop in here again to say hi, do some small business shopping, and get some ideas of spots off the beaten path.

This place has a great selection of Dia De Los Muertos or Day of the Dead art. They have beautiful sugar skulls and paintings. You have to check this place out if you are a Mexican Folk art collector or enthusiast.
