This company's policies towards real estate agents is unacceptable. They intentionally try to exclude a buyer from having representation leaving someone without any guidance. I would recommend shopping another builder that understands that buyers need someone in their corner.

Zack was the absolute worst. We called and made an appointment to view model homes. Arrived for our appointment with Chris and were told that he was showing another family a model. OK, fine, these things happen. We sat down with Zack and he handed us an info card to fill out. We didn't feel comfortable filling out anything with personal information till we saw a model. Zack said they don't have model homes. Red flag. Why say they did and that Chris was showing one to another family? Total bait and switch. When we refused to fill out the card Zack became defensive, rude and accused us of not wanting to be 'open' to working with him. He could have salvaged the sale at any point but he just became adversarial when we refused to fill out their card. Show us your product and have a conversation with us, don't treat us like garbage when we came to see if your houses and neighborhood would be a fit for us. They might have been quality houses and a good neighborhood, but we didn't even get that far because Zack was so unprofessional. Lots of high pressure sales tactics were used on the phone to schedule an appointment and then when we got there. Could have saved us the drive to LGI homes by saying they don't have model homes; but even then we were open to hearing their sales pitch till Zack quickly shut that down with his attitude. We called the manager at LGI and left a brief voicemail to let him know our experience. Clearly they don't care about their sales rep being unprofessional because we never got a call back. Saved us a headache in the long run if they're that bad at sales I doubt their product is any good. We took our money somewhere else and I suggested that you do too. Thanks for coming to my TEDtalk.

Wow. I’m in the process of getting my 1000.00 back because they could not get financing ans I just thought I would look at the reviews. It amazes me that all of our story’s are the same. I went in just to look at homes and then was pretty much pressured to sign and give 1000.00 money money order. Please educate yourself before going into any of these offices. I initially signed contract in Gallatin with Jenn ans she told me to go pick up check at LGI in Laverne on Saturday. I went there Saturday and they had me sit and wait for 1 hour only to say we will know Tuesday if we can give 1000.00 back. So today Tuesday I called the Gallatin office to ask Jenn if she has there phone numbers in Laverne office and if she has update. She said she didn’t have there phone number. They are the weirdest people I’ve ever meet. They all give me a spooky weird feeling. Both offices. Please do research before buying or signing any contract with these people. I’m just trying to get my 1000.00 back now.
