Debbie and Russ are very friendly and easy to talk to. They answered all of our questions. Their knowledge, experience, and helpfulness make the process very easy. We received quotes from a few different companies, but Payless Patio was very reasonably priced, and they made us feel comfortable about the whole process and gave us such a good vibe, we decided on them. Kevin, the contractor who installed, is also very professional, and he and his crew did an amazing, fast job. Highly recommend them for your patio needs!

Could honestly not be happier with our new patio cover! From beginning to end, Russ and Debby make you feel comfortable and confident about your business with them as they always make sure to answer all of your questions and concerns. They are very friendly and honest people that do not try to upsell you anything you don’t need! Also, Kevin and his crew did a wonderful job installing our patio cover and they were very friendly. Overall, it was a great customer experience and we are so glad we chose Payless Patio! The patio cover exceeded our expectations and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends! Great communication good work, I ordered my patio from Russ ask for to rush before Chinese new year, we got the patio install yesterday and everything as expected, we shop around from friends to other business, and their price is much cheaper and better quality, the installer Kevin did a good job and install all recess lights and fan, I'm so happy to find them for the job, recommended to anyone looking for a trusted patio install from this business

Russ and Debby were absolutely AMAZING. From start to finish they were guiding us every step of the way. Debby was always available to answer any questions I had and always responded immediately. Their customer service was beyond and truly made this process easy for us. Not only were they honest, good people but their price beat everyone we got a quote from. Kevin and his team installed the patio and they were amazing as well. I have already recommend Payless Patio to several friends! You cannot find a better price or customer service than Payless Patio!
