This is my go to place for everything health related. I have physical therapy here and my primary doctor is at this location too. The staff are friendly and answer questions promptly when asked and if they don’t know the answer they figure it out. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been going to this location for just under a decade now. My oldest child even likes her doctor too.

every time i come here i wait about 30 minutes in the waiting center, and then another 20-30 minutes in the actual room. It is truly ridiculous. My appointment was at 2:30 not 3:25. I wish I could say this is just a one time problem, but it is an every time problem.

Unfriendly Service at front desk. To make a long short. Was treated by a Nurse Practitioner a Priority Care for Respiratory infection. Wasn't that It was pneumonia!!! When I had to go to the ER two days later. Prescribed Cough syrup wih codeine .And don't take antibiotics till two days later. ??Terrible!!!

Filed formal complaint against PA, lied about exam when I specifically asked if he checked specific areas of my child as I was unable to get to the office. Ended up at another care provider 4 hours later and found out that had he bothered to do what he said he did we would have had a solution. This PA specifically dismisses patient concerns and diminishes directions from the primary care physician who gave him direct instructions and talked negatively about the actual MD's who were familiar with the situation. Repeat offender. Will follow up after/if CHI bothers to respond.
