Incredibly fantastic service, Anne went far FAR above and beyond for me (making a long-distance purchase) and her patience and kindness was epic, sending me photo after photo :) Purchase to ship next-day and they're closed on Sunday to boot!...stellar stellar place. I've already recommended them and will continue to do so without hesitation. Their selection was also far better than anywhere else I'd found (and I've been searching nationwide). It almost doesn't seem to matter after the wonderful service experience but the price was extremely competitive, even on a product currently hard to come by. The legends are true, folks...Omaha Knife is simply superlative and Anne is a gem.

Great selection for collectors and those wanting a high quality utility knife. Mike was knowledgeable, helpful and didn't rush me as I tried 5-6 knives before landing on a new Benchmade. I highly recommend and will be back soon when the new 2021 Bugout carbon fiber is released. Thanks!
Details of my visits, I’ve been there several times, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. And as far as the selection goes, it’s the best around.I personally have bought 7? Knives from them and not once did I feel pressured by the staff to buy something more expensive. They even have a small selection of used appropriately priced used knives. If you’re one who likes the kind of knives especially American made ones that you would normally have to shop online for or at a sporting goods store this is the place for you! Also, they have a good selection axes. Also, their knife sharpening service is very reasonably priced and the gentleman who does the sharpening does a very good job, he’s sharpened two for me. Did I get paid to leave such a good review? No, .... I did not. I left it because it’s true and I’ve enjoyed shopping there. Hope this gives someone some insight. Thanks for reading.
Some of the best customer service I have received over the years! Very quick shipping out the door as well. Ann is very nice and helpful too, she is the reason I will be buying more from Omaha Knife in the future. Had an issue with a knife which she resolved way quicker than I could of hoped for.
