Absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond my expectations! I would use them again in a heartbeat, and would definitely recommend them! A little context here. My dog got a hold of a jar of paint (wall paint) and proceeded to chew off the lid on my couch. Paint....everywhere! I called two places before ZeroRez, one said they would call me back (still haven't heard from them) and the other said they weren't able to help. Then, I called ZeroRez and they were so awesome and helpful and they literally got to my house within an hour! When they got here the guys was super friendly and went straight to work! (And was wearing a mask :) They got all the paint out! To say I was amazed, is truly an understatement. :)

Great service! Pete was excellent, he showed up on time, got right to work and finished the job earlier than expected. Our store carpets look great after getting scrubbed. Thanks for the great job. Would totally recommend!
Tyler communicated well and was very punctual, professional and personable. We did a little modification to my original order and he made sure I was happy with the work when he was finished. I saw there was an area rug the had gotten missed and he immediately took care of it with no hesitation. Great service! I would use them again in a minute!
This is the second time we have used ZeroRez and they do not disappoint. Very kind people to work with. I would definitely recommend this company as they let you know everything they are doing and tell you what areas may be a problem in the future.
