My physician sent me over to LabCorp, I was in a brace, on crutches, rushing across the street from EIRMC. I arrived at 4:56 PM. They close at 5 PM. I never want to be that person that comes at the very end of the day and keeps everyone unless there is a very good reason. The doctors office across from LabCorp was very friendly and sympathetic. The nurse that walked out as I was hopping on my crutches wouldn't look me in the eye and didn't respond when I asked if anyone else was left to help me. It was one of the rudest things I have ever experienced. To be a patient, completely ignored, and an office that closed early with no posted information that they were closing early. Again, I was feeling so so so badly about coming in last minute, but in the end, I felt neglected as I was treated like I was invisible. This company is not reliable and falsely advertises their hours. I will never walk into one of their offices ever again and make sure that my extensive network of friends and providers never utilize their services in the future either.
