Very efficient process for my biometric screening for work. Check in kiosk was easy to use and my phlebotomist drew blood with minimal pain. I was in and out in about 20 minutes since I made an appointment.

Considering the reviews, I was expecting a terrible experience. But it was quite the opposite. They were busy yet efficient and clean. They don't have the time for pleasantries but nobody was flat out rude.
I came here for an antibody test with an appointment. There is no sense of urgency to adhere to scheduled appointments. They have tablets to check in that are not being wiped down. It appears their only priority is drug testing. I think there are about 20 patients waiting with no where to put them. Everyone is standing lining the hallways with the exception of 5 sitting in their “waiting area”
Labcorp in general and this location are absolutely useless. Lousy customer service, overpacked waiting rooms and slow to receive results. There is nothing to recommend.
Should probably update your website with your new hours ... people work Monday - Friday and your site still states you’re open on Saturday’s, came in for my drug screen just to come to lock doors and now hours of operations that took affect July 1st we are now almost to October so this is something that needs to be communicated and updated.
6675 Holmes Rd, Ste 460, Kansas City, MO 64131. Went to the Labcorp lab on Holmes Road in Kansas City, Mo on June 25, 2020. If you are interested in contracting COVID-19 this is the place to go. It was dirty. When I arrived, I was not asked any screening questions whatsoever. The place had a big jar of hand sanitizer that said ‘’empty‘’. No cleaning, let alone disinfecting of anything in between patients. Waiting room full of people some with masks some without. Staff, some with masks, some without masks, some putting mask on and off. Had to deal with a touchscreen and it was never cleaned Let alone in between users. I was required at one point to take everything out of my pockets and put it into a box that hasn’t been cleaned in a year I’d say, if ever. the restroom I used for urine sample was not cleaned between me and the guy right before me. People handling my iPhone, drivers license, insurance card, with no gloves and not washing their hands in any manner and not wearing gloves. Absurd. Trust me I worked in healthcare and public/community health for years, same with my wife who is a nurse. I have studied epidemiology and emerging infectious diseases. I know a dangerous situation when I see it.
Waited 2 hours to take a drug test. The waiting room feels like a prison on planet bull#&!
I agree with everyone here. Just called to ask if they can do a particular test. She answered very quickly as if i was bothering her. U should not be answering phones for a living representing such a reputable company. Ill go to a different location.
