First visit one office member was beyond rude. I let it slide as everyone has bad days. Same office member a few days later was beyond rude to my wife. She was trying on purpose to be difficult to my wife. Someone needs to work with her on her social skills talking to customers. It's as if she wants everyone's day to be as bad as hers.

Monica is the best! I’m so glad I found her here at Lab Corp. She is wonderful with my children ages 2 and 5 whenever they’ve needed bloodwork in the past. She talks to them and distracts them from what she’s doing all the while finding their teeny tiny veins. All of the times I have been there for labs for myself or for my children she does it all as receptionist and phlebotomist so please have patience if there are other people waiting. I will continue to come here with my family and highly recommend this place for families with children that need blood drawn.

I wasn't wild about the machine that reads ones driver's license and insurance card at check in, but it does allow the phlebotomist to focus on being phlebotomist. It could not read the lab order, so the staffer had to type that in to the record. Soon, that information will be encoded in a QR code. The phlebotomist certainly didn't lose time on formalities or informalities for that matter. The staffer knew exactly how to tell me how to position my arm for the straightest vein and maximum efficiency. I was optimally distracted and she injected the needle in one smooth and rapid motion. Entirely painless. A mosquito couldn't have battered the speed. I joked, "I don't shoot up, but I wouldn't mind shooting up with you". Finally a laugh. The vials filled quickly, one and two and three, and the lab paperwork took just a few instants. That might be a new record for a blood draw.
