A guy came up while I was the only one in the office and nobody waiting outside either, other than one woman my entire visit, and they turned him away. Seems anything spent with our taxes are mostly just a waste. The lady was nice though.

Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient ! Address needs to be updated for future reference, please. So glad I finally found this place. Far better than Yakima - they were not open on time today !

Surprisingly fast when I was there to get a Real ID license. The wait was only about 10 minutes. The extremely cheerful person who helped me said it sometimes gets to be as long as an hour wait. Apparently 11 am on a weekday is a perfect time to go.
