I met with the staff and they made LOTS of promises about jobs and working with clients of D.V.R. in reality they made a very small effort and put me on an evaluation with Olympia Goodwill without doing any research into the field or types of jobs I am suited for. I do not wish to work for Goodwill in any shape or form as they take advantage of their employees and do not pay for all the hours people work especially if they are disabled. Many employees of Goodwill have been working there for years without raises and are still minimum wage workers. I do not wish to work for Goodwill and I think it is wrong to take money from the Federal Government to channel it into a business that basically takes donations and claims to train its workforce when it does nothing like this. It is a total scam. When I expressed my concerns I was told I was not a \good fit.\ Basically ES has set employers and they have no intention of paying people livable wages or offer real training.
