Our carpets were cleaned on Saturday at noon. We are so happy with the job that was done. He understood the job. Gave us a fair price. Treated our home with care and did a great job! Carpets were clean and dry the same day. We are so happy to have found a company of your caliber.

The customer service was great! They were very polite and courteous. However they over promised and under delivered. They said they would be able to treat our high traffic areas with no problem. However they looked the same as they did before they arrived. The guy that serviced the home was quick! As a matter of fact, too quick to do a thorough job. We stayed away from the home an entire day to allow the carpet to dry. Upon inspecting the home afterward, we noticed the carpet had a dirty smell. So my wife vacuumed a portion of the carpet and got up so much dirt. I'm not sure if carpet cleaning is just supposed to shampoo but I expected to get the carpet cleaned also for almost 300. Anyway, they did a ok job.

We had our carpets done today. Three bedrooms, hall and stairs. The gentleman was on time, friendly and professional! He did a fantastic job at deep cleaning our carpets and getting out any stains that were present. It only took him an hour to complete the job and he was very attentive to all our needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning services. We will absolutely use them again! Thanks so much!!!!
