Lived here for a year now & moving out next week...only reason is because of location of close friends & work. Having said that, I can't think of a single complaint. Management is personable and always helpful/efficient... although it was rare I even needed to ask for anything because everything worked, the area is very safe, the community is kept clean, parking was never an issue, the workout area is clean and has quality equipment, and everyone that lives here is respectful. The apartments are really nice inside and the only time I had something break (the washer), maintenance was there that day with a new one and had it installed in 30 minutes. Haven't had any issues since. I also don't think that in a year of living here I ever saw a bug in my apartment & that holds major grounds in my book. Highway is also close by and there are lots of sidewalks around to go on runs/walks/bike rides. Highly recommend living here

Great place to live! The views were awesome and the local neighborhood is great to go for walks. Staff there was extremely nice and attentive. To give you an idea of how caring they are, they gave everyone in the complex masks early in the COVID lockdown when they were so hard to find. That was so great! It’s too bad the whole COVID thing hit while we were there or we would have had more opportunities to do social gatherings and whatnot. My wife and I left because we took advantage of the housing market. We would happily recommend Toscana!

We moved in three months ago, and we love it so far. The apartment is very nice, it’s a really quiet and nice community that is very well taken care of and all of the staff has been very nice. Would most definitely recommend to anyone searching for an apartment.

From the get go the Toscana staff were very accommodating and friendly. The units are well built, quiet, and provide incredible views (pending on unit chosen of course). Originally I had planned on staying for a year; however, due to the staff, location, and peacefulness, I may just stay a second year. Definitely lucked out with this place.
