I read the other reviews and was very surprised. I am the facility manager and have to deal with lots of vendors. I have contacted them a number of times over the years. My hold times have been on the shorter side to none at all. The staff has always been friendly and most of important of all helpful.

Currently on hold for over 20 min. So I decided to use this opportunity to tell you how much this utility bill will cause you a head ache. If you are late on your bill, even by a few days, they will threaten you with a disconnect notice. I’ve lived all over. I’ve never been so threatened by a utility company. I get sending out a a disconnection to the customer if they don’t pay the bill for a month, but a couple of dats?? Their attitude is apathetic. You are a number, not a human.

One of the worst departments. The city had a breech of their online bill payer for water and did not know about it for months. Potentially 1000s of customers' information was stolen for months before they noticed and shut down their website. Even with them given our information to criminals and people possibly having money stolen from their account, the city doesnt even give you a grace period and still charged people late fee after they were victims. Unbelievable.

The most incompetent staff ever. Put in a request to stop services and was told it was too far in advance. So I waited and put in the request again. This time I was ignored and received a bill that I didn't need to pay. Very apathetic treatment from these people and they are not held accountable.
