I needed a diaper bag monogrammed by the next morning for my sisters baby shower and dropped it off at 2:30 and they called me at 4:30 and said it was done and it was PERFECT! Exactly how I wanted it and everyone there is SO nice and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them! I’ll definitely be going back to shop because I fell in love with SO many things at the store too! ️

Love Love everything, they have stuff you would never see anywhere else! Can design just about anything you want printed......employees are very very helpful an sweet as can be....clean store just all around 110 percent awesome ....your totally missing out if you don't at least visit....

Customer service isn't that great! Called numerous of times, left messages, no call back. Finally got sold of someone to check order they had no clue. Said they would get another person to call me back. Machine broke. No-one notified us to let us know that their would be a delay. Lady said someone should have called us. Communication needs to be improved between all the employees.
