8 am appoint and checked in at 7:30 am and lady says it can take up to 4 hours to unload ?? It’s been 5 hours and I haven’t got bad customer service like everyone’s saying and guard was ok with me but let’s see how this goes

Unbelivable they make you wait forever! They dont care about drivers and at this point they dont care about there customers either cause cant make the appt in the morning now!

my apoment was at 5 pm, arrived at 3:55 pm and checked in. kicked out of the territory and wait for the call. now it is 7:00 pm and now they say 3 more tracks have moved you. NEVER come here

There's some bad reviews on here but my experience was good. 4 hours to unload but this is reefer\u200d️ totally normal. Gate guard and office persons were nice to me. No problems

I like working there Mass packing department but I really like to move up to cutting rap that's a cutter they pay a little more!? It's a good company to work for but I understand that short of people everywhere!!?
