I have purchased a table and chairs, barstools, an entertainment stand, and modular shelving from Lacuna Modern. All of the products have been top notch and the delivery was professional and timely. I have never encountered a more helpful staff at any business of any kind. I asked for furniture upkeep recommendations and they provided me with the direct line (no phone tree) to the furniture manufacturer who gave me instructions specific to my piece. I asked for recommendations for a scratch repair service when the foster dog scratched a wooden piece and they gave a great recommendation. I asked for additional shelf protectors to match those that came with my piece and the staff reached out to the manufacturer to get the exact same shelf protectors. I will go to Lacuna Modern first any time I need furniture. The quality of the furniture, the helpfulness of the staff, and lack of headaches during the process makes the experience worth every penny.

Wonderful experience! Check out Lacuna Modern! Jesse and Alan are incredibly knowledgable and reliable and have been helpful in every way making us feel welcome from the moment we walked into their spacious showroom. They had suggestions for styles and fabrics that we had not considered but turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. They provided professional delivery and set-up of the furniture to ensure we were completely happy with our choices. All of the furniture we purchased there is comfortable, well -made, and lovely. We are truly grateful to them for helping us make our new house a home.
