A salesperson named Anna helped me when I dropped off my vacuum. I told her that the cleaning and nozzle problem were my issues. I also had a cord, which did not retract and might consider getting it fixed, depending on the price. She said no problem ... they always call to confirm work needing to be done before proceeding. It took a while to get that call ... which was understandable, since they sent the vacuum out for work. I was then told that the cost was 149. They had not called for approval ... and had put in a new cord for 49.99. In picking the vacuum up, I expressed my displeasure at not being given the choice on the cord repair... and was told that only if approval was needed would they call me (same person ... Anna ... different message)! I spoke to the owner ... on the phone. He just knew that he wanted the full price and cared not about the deceptive information or treatment, which I'd received. I had twice been told that I had a total warranty on the vacuum, after paying the 160.42. That made their mistake ok, it seemed. I asked for a copy of the warranty and was told by Anna that it was on my receipt. I asked her to show it to me ... because I didn't see it. She then manually wrote \6 mo warranty as of 10/27\. Never had there been mention of only a 6 month warranty! This salesperson's attitude was not good ... even belligerent. The other woman who worked there was nasty too. I would highly suggest that you avoid this shop. Lies, disrespect, and deception are not qualities of a reputable business ... and the owner cared not about anything, but his money. Consumer beware!

Bought a new sewing machine at a very good price the service is excellent they are very experienced courteous and helpful. While I was there they took 10 minutes to show me what I was doing wrong I came home and everything was great. While I was there a couple that had bought a sewing machine from a very well-known place down the street brought it there to have them fix it. So if you’re looking to buy or get yours fixed they are definitely the place to go .

Citrus did a wonderful \tune-up\ on my 24 year old sewing machine, that had never seen a professional. Was ready for pickup in 4 days, pleasant staff, and my machine is humming!! I'm VERY satisfied. @ my

I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and service I received when I took in my vacuum cleaner. They first returned to me saying it was fixed. I brought it home and the same problem existed ,of extremely hard to push on the carpet. Returned the vacuum and was told the carpet height adjustment was broken, and they would fix. A week went by and no call. I called them and was told a part was on order. Another week goes by and I stop in to the shop. I was told that it needed a new transmission for 200 dollars. The sales clerk also asked hadn't I been called which was no. My vacuum was fixed by my boyfriend , he was able to repair the height adjustment. It moves across the carpet with ease, and I will never return to your shop.

Very nice and clean shop. I called to ask if they had the part I needed, and they offered to put in on if I brought it in, for FREE!! We also enjoyed being escorted to our car by one of the workers who loaded the sweeper for us :)
