Twice we have stayed at a property in The Villages managed by White Pelican. Each time the house was very clean when we arrived and I have absolutely no complaints! The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the very nice supply of towels, especially since there was 6 of us. There was a toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker and enough kitchen pans/utensils to make a simple meal for the times we wanted to eat in. The laundry supplies being provided was also awesome as I don’t have the mound of laundry to face when getting home! It was a great place for our family my parents to stay while visiting my mom’s siblings in The Villages. A fantastic option over staying in one of the hotels! The first time we stayed in a home managed by White Pelican, one of the toilets broke. It was New Years Eve, and I honestly was not expecting much of a response when I called. But they immediately returned my call and dealt with the issue! My confidence in them speaks for itself when we stayed in one of their managed properties the following year!

Having White Pelican Home Services as a rental property manager for our home in The Villages has been a wonderful experience. In July of 2019 following the purchase of our home we decided to sign with White Pelican to manage our property following a successful experience as renters the previous 2 years. A part of the agreement to rent out our house was watching our home while we were away. Unfortunately lightning struck close by at the beginning of July, 2020. Our house suffered a strong electrical surge which caused a gas leak and fried other equipment including the sprinkler timer, garage door opener, 3 TV's and their receivers. Needless to say we felt helpless to do anything while we were out of the state at the time. White Pelican immediately stepped in and worked with us to get things back up and running. They inspected the home for unseen damage and assisted with the purchase and transportation of replacement parts along with the arrangement of installation by their staff or outside vendors. Now that things are back to normal the house is once again available for rental. We can't say enough about the outstanding job they have done with securing our home. It took a lot of the stress out of the process knowing we could count on them to do a professional job of following up in a timely manner.
Steve and the good people at White Pelican have managed our rental home for years. They are always on top of everything from advertising to securing rent to handling any issues that may arise. Their software keeps track of everything for us so all we have to do is cash checks! We highly recommend their service.
