My experience was horrible. But to Lady O'Briens credit, she did return my stolen saddle. There are fine pieces to be purchased from this place (no doubt), but you best get a bill of sale and don't consign anything there..... It will likely come up missing. . Lucky Charms for me that my item magicly re appeared
