What a great little zoo. Just perfect for a nice easy visit with the kids. Nice park attached to play in before and or after. Easy parking on the street and easy to find. There are several eating places across the street if you get hungry. Nicely kept up and the animals are well taken care of. A nice petting zoo for the little kids.

It's a small zoo but for younger kids, it's perfect. Play in the small water play area including an elephant spouting water. The butterfly garden is cool as you can see the cocoons. At the front of the wallaby exhibit, play the kukuburra call on your phone and you'll here the kukuburra reply! We were told they are hoping to add penguins to the penguin exhibit next year but can't right now because they are coming from California and it's way to challenging to do so given covid-19. The exhibit looks cool and we can't wait. Train rides are also not available as they are redoing the whole area around the pond. We get frozen custard ice cream right behind the zoo at the end of every visit to the zoo. The kids always have a blast.

This is a wonderful little park for children of all ages and abilities as well as adults. There are several covered picnic areas, a small free zoo that is absolutely wonderful, as well as many different playgrounds for all ages. From sitters/crawlers to elementary-aged children, this is an excellent park. There are even ducks and a little pond and also a train that you can purchase tickets for in the zoo gift shop. Only 2 per person over 2 years old! Great deal! My 3 year old and 18 month old had an awesome time!

I loved it here! It's free and has a decent amount of animals. You are able to get pretty close to most of the animals or at least are able to see them. There is a petting zoo where you get to hang out with so many goats. Just be careful though because they will most definitely chew on any and everything you have. I didn't mind it because I love goats but they kept nibbling on my shirt and bag. My only complaint was that the turkey vulture seemed to have a small enclosure. I would have liked to have seen a bigger area for him. Don't expect to see just a ton of animals. They are adding a penguin exhibit later. It's a good place to bring kids. There is a little splash area at the entrance for them to cool off when it's hot.

Great fun with the kids! The goats we're the most we've seen so far. They are trying to be safe with distancing. A new penguin exhibit will open soon
