I got a pair of riding boots re-heeled and got the waist of a mens dress pants let out about an inch. They are a little local shop and got the job done but I simply can’t recommend them for the price and quality. One of the boot heels was glued on extremely messily (it was not like that originally, and they could have taken the time to sand down the rough edges) and they left stray threads everywhere on the place they let out the waist on the pants. The shoes cost almost 30 dollars to reheel and the pant waist was 15 dollars. Oh and boots with longer shafts cost more to reheel than boots with shorter shafts for some reason. It is not worth it to revisit Kennys.

Took a suitcase to get a section of the zipper sewn back on, was received very well by the staff. Got the suitcase back and a large section of the zipper hadn't been sewn back.. three fingers worth of separation, took it back and the gentleman working the counter agreed that the repair wasn't complete. Extremely nice reception. The reception i received upon picking it up today was much different. I was treated like I'd intentionally broken it, was trying to get free work done, and she definitely didn't accept my explanation that the work was incomplete. I was excited to find a place to take my shoes for maintenance and repairs on luggage. Unfortunately this is one small business i cannot support due to the treatment encountered today.

Dropped off a pair of cowboy boots that I wore out the soles and drugged the heels almost to a 45 degree angle ,fixed good as new .friendly fast and professional. Let's see if I can get another 2 years out of them
