I am the office manager of Old Hammond Veterinary Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA. Our autoclave was flooding us with error messages a few weeks ago. The technician the manufacturer's tech support department sent out to us incorrectly diagnosed the issue after taking days to come to our clinic to check it out.
