When we needed custom internals made for new specialized electronic equipment that needed protection while traveling, Orion stepped up with a perfect designed solution. They designed the inserts around our equipment, placed the order and delivered the custom cases very quickly. We now have professional Pelican cases with awesome custom inserts that work perfectly for our field service personnel. The customer service and results we experienced were second to none. Highly recommended especially if you need Pelican cases with customized inserts or just plain Pelican cases.

They did not meet the committed delivery date causing the need for overnight shipping which was almost the same price as the case itself. Once the case arrived, our logo was not on it causing further delay. I paid through the nose and did not receive the level of customer service I felt was adequate. A minimal discount was offered in attempt to right the wrong, but the cost of doing further business is not justified. I do not recommend business here.
