Excellent customer service. I had placed an order online but they didn't have enough to fill my quantity. The manager called me and provided me easy options. I then needed to change my order and she was SUPER helpful and accommodating about the price difference. And then I needed to change it AGAIN, and once again, super accommodating and helpful. I know I was being a difficult customer, but they were gracious and helped me get everything figured out. I don't know the manager's name, but she is excellent. Really appreciate the employees at this location.

It's a fun place with a really good selection of party supplies for everything from kids birthdays to graduation. The staff is helpful and friendly. The prices are a bit high for their better quality items, and the quality is low on their cheapest items. But overall they are friendly and often have what you might be looking for.
If you are looking for party supplies they have a lot. A large selection of different themes. Them for holidays like Thanksgiving and Halloween. Birthdays. They have plates, silverware, etc in many themes and colors.
Did not have what we needed this time but having trouble finding it everywhere in town. I do like the store, more party supplies than you will ever need.
Customer service was more than lacking. Went to pick up a balloon order and the associate, Latice was not friendly and seem irritated to have to get my order.
