Brought in my rainbow because it had stopped working. Was told it was just the cord. Then got a phone call asking if I wanted to get it cleaned. I did. I was expecting to pick up a great running vacuum. I paid nearly 200. Was told it was repaired and working. Got home. Not working. Very upset.
