I really wanted to get back into some hip hop or ballet, but got more than I bargained for! I bought the 1-month unlimited pass and have tried almost all of the classes. The pole classes have been an amazing arm workout for someone that had very little upper-body strength and Level 1 is super beginner-friendly for anyone afraid to try. All of the instructors are super chill people, would recommend.

I am SOOO happy I found Sassy Fitness!! Exercise can be boring and scary(especially if you're just starting out) but at Sassy it's always a fun and a non judgemental environment to flourish. There are a range of classes available as well: Pole, Pilates, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, and even different workshops with well known artists! The instructors are FANTASTIC and encourage you at any level. STOP BY AND PLAY!
