My son has taken drums and composition. I cannot praise ASA enough for their consistency of instruction and their ability to work with families to provide such amazing musical instruction. I also love that there are opportunities for students to perform at Fest International. All in all, I highly recommend ASA.

My son has taken bass guitar lessons as well as summer camps and been in one of the bands from Acadiana School of the Arts for many years. When he began over 6 years ago he was not sure what instrument to play. Through Scott's insightful questions all those years ago he decided on bass guitar. He has enjoyed playing it since that time and has learned alot and made new friends as well. I would highly recommend the school to anyone who has a child that shows interest in music. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable and my son enjoyed his time with them. He graduated this year so is moving on but will always have with him the knowledge and the fun memories of his time with the teachers and students at Acadiana School of the Arts.
