The service to the customers is most important, and has gained them the honor of "the knot" Best of Weddings for 2008 and 2009, and Wedding Wire’s" Bride’s Choice Award" for 2009-2013.

Absolutely one of the worst dress shopping experiences ever! Only giving this a 2 star because the “consultant” was nice, and the dress selection was decent. First, no one took any measurements of my mom and future sister-in-law so they were being put in dresses way too small for them making them feel self conscious. Second, the “consultant” was absolutely clueless about the merchandise. She kept having to ask the owner what dresses could come in what colors and sizes (shouldn’t she know that?). Then, I asked if my sister-in-law could try a wedding dress on (since she’s recently engaged), and the owner said no since it wasn’t an appointment for that (how rude and bad for your business). To top it all off, we were given hand sanitizer, our temperatures were taken, and given gloves to wear upon entering the store but the owner didn’t even have a mask on! My mom has COPD she was suffocating in her mask the hour we were in the store for. What a joke this place is! I really don’t know how this store stays in business with such bad customer service.

Millie absolutely SAVED my wedding dress after it had been tailored incorrectly by another seamstress and I thought it was ruined. The previous seamstress had made the bodice too small (removed fabric) and since it was lace, it had to be completely redone. Using the extra fabric I had purchased from the gown manufacturer, Millie repaired the bodice and added beautiful cap sleeves, making the dress entirely my own. And she made me a mask to match! Millie's work exceeded all of my expectations and she was extremely sweet, professional and efficient. I cannot recommend her enough!

I stumbled upon Sew 'N Sew through the suggestions of basically every person who I knew. They came highly suggested and I now see why. From day one, they make you feel so welcomed and relaxed. I spent hours in their store on two separate occasions to find my perfect dress and when I did, they where there walking me through all of the steps and answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering them or wasting their time. Even through COVID and rescheduling my wedding four times, they were there with me every step of the way. I will never go anywhere else for another dress and I will always recommend them for anyone looking for one. I cannot say enough good things about Sew 'N Sew Bridal and Tuxedo!

I walked in today an absolute nervous wreck. This was my first day trying on dresses, and I started at a different big name wedding dress store. I hardly had any idea what I wanted and was already feeling discouraged when I walked in. Both ladies that I worked with swept me up and made me feel like a real bride. I had their undivided, expert attention. They were not pushy and put absolutely no pressure on me regarding style, price.. anything. They were both SO kind, accommodating, honest, intuitive, and friendly. I am THRILLED I was able to find my perfect dress that I didn’t even know existed. Today was such a dream thanks to Sew N Sew.

I came in for alterations for my wedding dress and Millie is absolutely wonderful! Millie works on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and will accommodate you as best she can to make you feel the best in your dress and alter it the way you want it. She also gives you advice on what she thinks will look best. I felt so comfortable talking with her as if she was family and I had only just met her today, she made my mom and I feel rite at home. She even was helpful with telling my Mom and I about how we could look in catalogs that Sew N Sew has for getting dresses if we didn’t see something we liked in the store for the bridal party, mother’s, grandmas and the rest of the people who will need dresses and tuxedos for the wedding. We will definitely be coming back to shop I’m super happy with my experience. I’m so glad Millie was recommended to me by Sew N Sew I look forward the end results of my wedding dress.
