I am new to the area and needed to see a doctor for an ongoing infection. I checked in online, barely waited and was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. I will definitely go back, if I ever need too.

Oh my god this place is amazing. The women at the front desk was so nice and comforting. The nurse was so sweet and really calmed me down. As the nurse practitioner was everything!!! She wasn’t in and out, she actually comforted me because I was so sick. She got me blankets and after the meds kicked in she got me snacks and drinks to make sure I was good before I left. I am from Texas so maybe this is just a Louisiana thing but I have never received such good care before in my life.
Great staff, and the doctor was great and kind. Everyone was so nice even though we came in about 45 min before closing when my daughter's fever spiked. I felt bad, but they did not treat us as if they were annoyed and ready to go home. Efficient but still quality care. 10/10
Awesome and kind staff! Easy and fast online check in process. Thorough examinations while still getting out of there in less than an hour. Will definitely be back.
Omg the worst place ever. My nephew came for a drug test and he sat in the waiting from 1:30p to 4:30 and still had not seen anyone’s he was told the wait shouldn’t be long, however it was an hour before they called him. And yes he is still waiting. The staff needs to do better at getting patients in and out and out. People cannot spend the day at ab urgent care if it’s just a quick drug screen. They need to categorize what needs to be done. A drug screen is no longer than 3 minutes. Please take this into consideration. The waiting period is just absurd. And it’s a bad look on this clinic.
